4. Game Nights

There are lots of games available today as well - video games, board games, etc. It is surely an exciting activity building in Minecraft, and having interests in that new Animal Crossing game experience. This just means that if you are at home with others just like you, then it would be amazing to crack open a lively, thought-provoking board game. Whether its chess, or snakes and ladders, its a great way to pass time with others.

One of the best things, and the easiest to be done as well on this list, is keeping contact with your buddies and friends, either in the same city, or in another part of the world. Reach out to them and see how it's going 'over there'!Even better if you love FaceTime, or you prefer DMs, or something that seems old school like a phone call. It is easy to keep up with the latest from a chat group of friends as well.

7. Study. Keep Studying

If you're a student, your teachers might have given you some work to be done from home, or you may be chanced to attend classes online, or might just wish to keep learning outside of school and your curriculum. The BBC Bitesize platform has a lot of educational and informative resources. Reading a book takes you on a journey; making you go on an adventure in another world entirely. Sounds like a nice plan, huh?

8. Things Could Be Puling

Sudoku, jigsaws, crosswords- you name it. Puzzles could help keep your mind active. It helps you challenge yourself while passing the time. Get some good puzzle books, or fin some apps, websites, and games made for that purpose.

9. Do The Write Thing

Go on. Write down what's on your mind. Think of you as an author and pass the time while at it. Another nice way to express yourself is poetry.

If you've got a musical instrument somewhere in your home, go ahead and learn how to play it(there should be lots of online tutorials for it), if you haven't already. If you are already an expert at it, go on and create beautiful pieces of music; you've got all the time in the world.

If you don't maybe you should try singing. If you don't like to do it, you may sound embarassing to yourself at first, but with time comes confidence.

Staying at home all day long might mean not being able to go for a walk or to the gym. Why not utilize all this free time you've got to give your home a wipe? Reorganize that room of yours, move things elsewhere to make some space somewhere - it will surely end up rewarding and helpful.

Some ingredients might be stored up somewhere, just lying around the home. Make a new meal, or spend some time doing something that isn't easy to prepare. If you would fancy a special treat, bake some goodies for the family to enjoy!

Perhaps an online meditation course, or a yoga regimen would come in handy. This would help unburden the mind, while fending off any negative junk you might be holding on to.

For some individuals, clearing the space is synonymous with clearing the mind. If there are some items around that do not spark joy, either use the donate pile, or get rid of them. Gather things you may no longer have need for, and give them to the poor or the needy. Or just dispose of them.
